Refund Policy

At LightCore3D, your satisfaction is important to us. That is why you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at: info@lightcore3d.com with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will promptly refund the payment we received from you, minus the delivery costs. The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever comes first.
Please return the goods to us immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired.
In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do this to raise awareness of shipping routes and thereby minimize returns. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Packaging and Condition of the Goods
Pack the items securely to prevent damage during shipping. It is best to use the box and packaging materials you received from us. Please ensure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that are returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded.

Postage for Returns
Please ensure that your return shipment is properly stamped. For packages returned postage-due or with insufficient postage, DHL’s penalty fee of €15 will be deducted from your return credit.
We also recommend insured shipping. This allows you to track your return, and your shipment is insured in case of loss by your shipping provider.
